It’s Friday once again! Gosh the weeks are starting to roll by quickly. Only three months until my wedding and nine weeks until my half marathon. Insanity!
This week was a good week for me, I figured out how much I’m getting from my tax refund, and my side income has been going very well. I’ve been a little stressed about everything that’s on my plate, but all in all I think I’m holding up well, and after my half marathon I should have a lot more time to relax a little bit and get the last bits of my wedding planned.
In other news, it rained here this week, a lot. The river by our house swelled to about three times it’s normal size and as such became a bit of an attraction for a few days. On the first day, we went down to check out the rushing waters and I kept a tight hold on my dog Molly’s leash lest she decide to go swimming. Fortunately she has no interest in the freezing ice filled water so we watched contently from the banks as five months worth of snow, dirt and slush went by.
